Fantasy Environment: The other Realm 3ds max, Photoshop, VRay January 2010
Hello my friends,
this time i like to show you another traditional fantasy scene. My first intention was to create a realtime environment for the mod project i am currently working on with my brother, but after including the foliage, i decided to improve some parts of the image to create a render pic. So finally it turned out to be some sort of semi-realtime-render-picture. Polycount is rather high because of the tress, but nearly realtime optimized for the buildings. In theory i could convert the scene for a realtime engine. ;-)
After creating a realistical scene with my house image (summer cottage at the lake), i wanted this piece to look more like an illustration again - as most of my other works. Ah - and please excuse the dirty thumbnail trick. I know that the lady is just a very small detail of one of the additional buildings in the scene. :-P
